Ready to hit the links, the Chicago Golf Show is this weekend



This weekend, the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center will be full of golf enthusiasts ready to the hit the links.  The nation’s oldest consumer golf show is back with a huge line-up of guests and exhibits. With over 184 companies exhibiting this year, the avid golfer or the newbie will surely find the tools to propel his golf game to new heights. 

This year, the Chicago Golf show welcomes two special guests, Craig Stadler and Mark Murphy. Craig Stadler, aka the Walrus, will host a Q&A session on the Main Stage both Saturday and Sunday. Also, he will be in his exhibit booth for Walrus Wear Apparel and ShankMeister golf equipment website. 

Mark Murphy, winner of the Golf’s Channel Big Break Island, will appear on the Main Stage. Throughout the weekend, the show will feature a total of 14 presenters. In addition to the great speakers and fabulous golf equipment, each attendee will receive free golf. Provided by GolfVisions, there are 12 courses in the Chicago area where these vouchers can be redeemed.
Other fun events during the show include the Chicago’s Long Putt Presented by Golf Galaxy. For anyone who makes or gets within 2 feet of the whole will receive a $10 golf galaxy gift card. 

Kids are including in this event too. The Illinois Junior Golf Associate will host its annual scavenger hunt. The younger golf players can search the exhibit floor to find a multitude of golf related items. 

The Chicago Golf Show will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont. 

Hours and Admissions are:
Friday, February 25 – Noon-7 pm, $5 adults
Saturday, February 26 – 9:30 am – 6 pm, $10 adults
Sunday, February 27 – 9:30 am – 4 pm, $10 adults
Children under the age of 12 are free and kids ages 12-15 are $4.
