Tiger balm, taking away my shoulder tension, review/giveaway

I hold tension in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I know what you are thinking, you are a stay at home mom, what tension do you have? Between the kids' practice schedules, volunteering at school, and trying to write for my blog, I don't seem to have enough time throughout the day (oops forgot about all the household chores too). So my shoulders get tight and I have neck and shoulder pain.

Of course, I would love to be able to get massages, but that is going to happen. So I have to find a way to get relief in another way. That's why I've turned to Tiger Balm.

  18. I like to put a towel in the dryer for about 10 minutes. I then put it around my shoulders and close it with a pin. It looks kind of silly but the minute I put it on I can just feel the tension melt.
