Eucerin, repairing my skin after a long summer, review

For the entire summer, I was basically at a pool. When your son is a swimmer, summer equals lots of time at pools. From practice to swim meets, I was there with him. Although my skin didn't take a beating from the chlorinated water, the sun and wind damage from standing on deck played havoc on my fair skin. That's why I need some moisturized to repair the damage of the summer. I turned to Eucerin.

What I liked about the Eucerin Plus Smoothing Essentials Fast Absorbing Lotion is that is quenched my dry skin while still being lightweight. I didn't feel like I needed to apply large quantities in order to make my skin smooth. Also, my skin didn't have a greasy feeling. I would apply the lotion after my shower in the morning and I was good until the end of the day. With all my daily activities, my skin felt soft, smooth and moisturized all day.




Second, I wanted to make sure that my hands are protected. You know what they save, you can always tell a woman's age by her hands. There's no hand-lift created by a plastic surgery yet, so I want to make sure that my hands have a good appearance (not old lady hands). That's where Eucerin Plus Intensive Hand Creme comes into play.


The Eucerin Plus Intensive Repair Hand Creme with alpha hydroxy gently exfoliates dry, damaged skin while intensive moisturizers keep your skin protected and smooth. I keep my bottle of lotion by the sink. Since I'm constantly washing dishes and clothes, my hands take a beating from all the activity. Skin MD, saving your skin naturally this summer, product review

I don't know about you, but the summer months play havoc on my skin. From the days at the pool and long nights at t-ball games, my skin takes a beating. I'm always on the lookout for skin care products that keep me looking my best naturally.

Recently, I was given the opportunity to try Skin MD Natural. "Skin MD Natural™ is a state-of-the-art shielding lotion designed to duplicate the skin's own protective barrier helping to protect skin against damaging irritants while providing hours of non-greasy moisture."

What I liked about Skin MD is that the lotion wasn't greasy. It's hard to have greasy hands with little kids. I don't want to leave a mark on clothes or leave a messy on the car's steering wheel. With this lotion, I didn't have any issues. I didn't even have problems at the gym. Usually, I don't put lotion on before going to the gym, but with Skin MD, I could moisturize in the morning and worry about being unprotected the rest of the day.

Also, the lotion kept my hands protected through a whole swim meet. If you participate in swimming, you know how chlorine can leave your skin dry and sometimes brittle feeling.
