Resolve for the new year to save and be healthy - Healthy Essentials Giveaway

Here's an interesting statistic. 80% of Americans are likely to make a New Year's resolution to save more money. Personally, I would have thought that weight loss would be the top resolution, but saving money makes a lot of sense. After the spirit, and spending, of the holidays, many of us could use a little belt tightening.

When you are trying to save money, it can be a good idea to look towards coupons and sales that will keep money in your wallet. The Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies will put your family on track to keep the frugal resolution withe its Healthy Essentials coupon book. Look in local newspapers on Sunday, January 6 for over $175 worth of savings on the products that your family needs.

To kick off this year of savings, we want to give back to the parents. Usually it is the parents who make the holidays come off without a hitch. From the perfect presents to the beautiful holiday meal, the man and woman of the house could use a little pampering. The His and Hers Healthy Essentials has everything that a mom and dad need to feel confident in the New Year.

What's in a His and Hers Healthy Essentials package?  I've got the list below. What's even better? I'm giving away this package to one of my readers. What's a better way to ring in the New Year.
