The Wendy's Portabella Melt is the combination of a juicy beef burger topped with real portabella, rich, melty cheddar cheese sauce, and Applewood Smoked Bacon. Personally, I liked this burger because I find that portabella mushroom has such a yummy earthy flavor. By smothering the mushrooms in the cheese sauce, the whole burger has a decadent, pub feel. This burger is definitely a satisfying meal.
