The Parking Spot, taking away the hassle of airport parking - review/giveaway

See if this sounds familiar. You've got the plane tickets. The bags are packed. The electronic devices are charged and the kids are so excited to go on vacation. But, how are you getting to the airport. When traveling with younger school-aged kids, often you need booster seats. If you take a cab, what are you going to do with those booster seats if you don't need them at your destination. (no one wants another baggage fee). Unless you have a very considerate friend, asking someone to drive your family to the airport can be a huge inconvenience. What options are left?  The Parking Spot can be the answer to your question.

What is the Parking Spot? The Parking Spot is the easy and convenient way to park your car near several major airports. No more driving around, searching for a parking spot, this company offers a reserved space to leave your car while you are traveling.

The Parking Spot offers the following:

Friendly shuttles every 5-7 minutes
Luggage assistance available
Earn free parking with The Spot Club
Covered, open-air and valet parking available (select locations)
Always open
Well lit, fully-fenced
Fast and easy check-in and check-out
Reservations available
Complimentary USA Today until 9am, Monday-Friday
Complimentary chilled water

Cost for parking depends on location as well as service selected.

What I like about the Parking Spot is the shuttle service. Living in a cold climate, traveling during the winter can be unpleasant. Who wants to come back to a car buried in snow. With the Parking Spot, I know that my car will be protected while I'm away. Who wants the family to stand out in the cold while you unearth the car from snow. With covered parking from The Parking Spot, I don't have to worry.

  1. I'm not sure it's my "best" (more like worst) but coming to Philadelphia from Washington state... hubby parked the car leaving me with three kids under the age of 5 to wrangle to the gate. One strapped to me (dirty diaper), one on my hip (crying hysterically), and one (the wanderer) dragging on my hand, plus rolling luggage. How did hubby get the easy parking job???

  4. My best one was traveling on Thanksgiving 2 years ago, The Parking Spot upgraded everyone to covered parking, we just had to pay for uncovered. Loved how courteous the drivers were, that they picked us up and dropped us off at our car and helped load the luggage into our truck. Great service!

  5. the best story I can come up with is parking at Newark Airport, having to get on a bus for twenty minutes with all my luggage, and then having to schlep it all through the terminal to get to the plain
