Bringing comfort and relief with my All-over Comfort Pack by Bed Buddy, review/giveaway

I work out a lot. Of course, I know that it is good for my body (and mind) to work out hard and long. But, my body doesn't recover as quickly as it previously did. More often my back and shoulders are stiff by the end of the night.Plus, my schedule is beyond hectic. From carpools to sports to volunteering, the added pressure and tension can make my body ache.

At the end of our long, active days I like to lay down and relax. Whether it is watching a silly television show or reading a good book, I like to lie down on the couch or my bed. So, if I can have a way to soothe my achy muscles while I'm relaxing, sign me up.

My new go to item is the Bed Buddy All-Over Comfort Pack.

This pad helps me relax in two ways. First, the super soft cover is luxurious to the touch. Most importantly, the cover is removable. So when your child accidentally spills on your pad, you can easily clean it (and not throw it away).

Second, the comfort pack can be warmed to provide additional relaxation. The most heat ThermaTherapy lasts up to an hour. Simply place the pack in the microwave. The combination of heat and weight of the pack wipes away muscle tension, aches and pains. Plus, the lightly scented lavender and chamomile aromas help with tension relaxation.

I've been using my All Over Comfort Pack in two ways. Sometimes I place it behind my back while I'm working on my laptop. It helps reduce my back pain from too many hours of leaning over the keyboard (not to mention an over zealous workout in spin class).

Also, I've used it over my shoulders. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders. From worry about all the items that I need to accomplish to coordinating the family schedule, it seems that my shoulders hit my ears on a daily basis (not an attractive look). I use the pack on each shoulder when I take my 20 minutes to relax while eating my lunch and giving myself a few minutes of me time. Between the heat and heft, my shoulders feel less tight and I'm ready to tackle my afternoon of chaos.

These are my uses for the All Over Comfort Pack. Other areas that can benefit are your abdomen or hips. You can decide how, where and when to use it. Numerous options are available.

The Plush ThermaTherapy All Over Comfort Pack is one of the Bed Buddy products. For a complete list of these products as well as other health related items, please visit the parent company's website at http://www.carex.com

  38. I would use it on my back, which I have a lot of back problems and sometimes it's hard to even get out of bed in the morning. Heat helps make it feel better, but I hate being confined to a plug in heating pad. I would love to kick back in my recliner with it but I don't have a plug-in near and would have to run an extension cord across the house. (Dangerous and my kids could trip on it.)
