Of course, I don't want to deprive my children, but I don't want to overindulge them. Most importantly, I want a snack that is portable and easy. Did I mention that we often have after school activities too? So I want a snack that tastes good, is low in calories and we all can enjoy. One of our go to snacks is Fiber One Chewy Bars.
Personally, I like the Fiber One Chewy bars because I like the taste and it's easy to bring in the car. In my house, the preferred flavor is Chocolate. To me, these bars make me feel like I'm splurging on a high-calorie treat. But, Fiber One Chewy bars contain 110 calories or less. Plus, there is no high fructose corn syrup, 8 grams or less of sugar and fiber. When we all bite into these bars, it feels like a decadent treat but without the guilt.
If you aren't a chocolate fan, there is a peanut butter and jelly version too. My kids like this version on their way to football practice. According to my son, he thinks it gives him the energy to score a touchdown.
I don't know about your house, but we eat a lot of snack items now that school is back in session. To help all those purchases, Fiber One Chewy Bars has a printable coupon for $0.80 off the purchase of 1 box of Fiber One Chewy bars.
To make your day even brighter, I have a Fiber One Chewy Bars prize pack to give one of my readers. What will you get?
