Who is the woman behind the voice, Howard's Mom - Big Bang Theory on DVD

Anyone who is a fan of the Big Bang Theory knows Howard's mom. She is often heard and spoken about. But no one has ever seen her. Just what does she look like?  Aren't you curious?  Personally, I have a few thoughts.

What do we know about this mysterious woman. Based on the show's commentary, she's fat, has many medical problems and we only hear her voice. Howard's mom's voice is very nasally. Usually you hear her screaming - HOWARDDDDD, followed by some type of nagging.

My first thought is that she's very small. I'm guessing 5 feet tall, after all Howard is a tiny man. Second, I see her as a woman who wears wigs. Not sure why, but I'm thinking a big, bouffant wig sitting precariously on top of her head.

Also, I picture her in brightly colored clothes. I could see her wearing a bright pink floral dress paired with big white plastic jewelry. Her clothes would definitely make a statement that she is loud, domineering and commanding attention. Her clothes choices most definitely had an effect on Howard. Have you seen his choice of pants and belt buckle collection?

I'm not sure if we will ever see Howard's mom. Even with Howard getting married this past season, she didn't make an appearance at the wedding. I like the idea of her just being a voice yelling throughout the house. There is something comforting about it. With all the craziness that surrounds Howard, Raj, Leonard and Sheldon, it is good to know that Howard's mother will always be in the background.
