Lunchhour concert series, music and more for the kids

Naperville Park District has planned a summer full of fun for local kids. The Lunchhour concert series is a perfect way for everyone to get outside and enjoy a family oriented performance. Each concert is free and open to the public. Concerts will be held either at the Riverwalk near the Warming Hut or Frontier Park (Book Road entrance).

Here is a schedule of concerts.

June 19, ScribbleMonster, Riverwalk : Blending traditional children's music with improvisational comedy, ScribbleMonster offers a high-energy, interactive performance that will engage all ages.

June 26, Steve Beno, Frontier Park : Audience participation is key to this one-of-a-kind musical performance. Be prepared to sing, dance and have fun.

July 10, Dave Rudolf, Riverwalk : Known as the Children's Comedian, Dave is is a musician, composer, author and comedian to everyone. From his Disney Winnie the Pooh songs to classic originals, Dave will get everyone clapping and laughing for the hour.

July 17, Jim Jensen Show, Frontier Park : From interactive games to scavenger hunts, kids will be up and moving throughout this entire performance. One lucky guest might get the opportunity in the money machine!

July 24, Little Nashville, Riverwalk: For the country music lovers, this high energy musical group will get the guests toe tapping to today's country music.

July 31, Macaroni Soup, Frontier Park: Known as the Pied Pipper of children's music, Carole Peterson will get old and young involved in singing, dancing and rhythmic movement.
