Will you take the art of marriage ops challenge? Win an Applebees gift card

Our house tends to be busy, even chaotic. Between the kids schedules, my husband's work, and daily life, sometimes I feel overwhelmed. I don't know which way is up let alone what's happening in my relationship with my husband. Having time for just the two of us is so important for our family. If the two of us aren't strong, our family isn't strong. That's why date night is so important.

But for many people, occasional date night to strengthen their marriage isn't an option. The brave men and women who heroically serve our country spend countless months away from family and friends.

We've all seen the tearful homecoming videos of parents hugging children and spouses. I don't know about you, but these touching moments get me choked up. But, what happens after those homecomings?  How do these military men and women readjust to civilian life?  Will their marriages survive the challenge?

Check out this video about the Art of Marriage Ops.

How can you help?
