At the end of Season 1 of Shameless, Fiona must choose. She can leave all the responsibility and chaos of her life behind by going to Costa Rica with Steve. Just think of the sun, sand and no worries. But, her responsible nature kicks takes over. Fiona chooses to stay with the dysfunction Gallager family.

What would you do in that situation? Like many of you, I would love to run away from the land of responsibility. The thought of no laundry, dirty dishes and the constant on-the-go lifestyle is extremely appealing (especially after the super busy holidays).
But in the end, I know that I wouldn't abandon my family. Of course, I would like a few minutes to myself every once and awhile. I won't think that I could just walk away from everything. I would miss my family. The unknown may be worse than the chaos that I know.
