Freschetta Proud to Support Pink, review/giveaway


October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month. To support this worthy cause, Freschetta has started the Freschetta Proud to Support Pink program. From September 25 through October 31, purchases of specially marked packages will support the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

From the specially marked packages, enter the codes at www.ProudToSupportPink.com. For each code entry, the makers of Freschetta products will donate $1 to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center research. Freschetta will donate up to $50,000.

This website has a place for people to share their breast cancer journey or a loved one's journey. These stories will be shared on www.ProudToSupportPink.com and on the Freschetta Facebook page.

To encourage people to share their journey, Freschetta will be giving away 50 pink iPod shuffles each week in October. Additionally, 50 pink iPod shuffles will be donated each week in October to four cancer centers around America. These iPod shuffles will allow breast cancer patients to enjoy music during their treatments.

Since Freschetta is committed to www.ProudToSupportPink.com and pizza that makes a difference, Freshcetta has given me a great prize pack to giveaway.

The giveaway includes:
  • A coupon to try a Freschetta pizza, 12 oz or larger
  • Two (2) pairs of Freschetta Proud to Support Pink earphones
    • One pair is to keep
    • One pair is to share to a friend of your choice
