Museums on Us, free museum admission October 1 and 2

It's about to be the first of the month and that means Bank of America Museums on Us is back. This Saturday and Sunday, October 1 and 2, Bank of America customers can receive free admission to select museums throughout the nation.

In the Chicago area, the participating museums are The Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago History Museum, DuSable Museum of African American History, Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, and Shedd Aquarium.  


Bank of American customers must show a photo ID and a valid Bank of America/Merrill Lynch credit or debit card to receive one free general admission entrance. This free admission excludes fundraising events, special exhibits, and tickets shows. This offer cannot be combined with other offers. 


The Museums on Us is offered nation wide. There are more 50 leading U.S. cultural institutions, in 87 cities across the country, open their doors to bank cardholders on the first full weekend of each month. Participating institutions include museums, historical sites, botanical gardens, science centers and zoos.
