Brookfield Zoo offers free children's admission August 8-10

Looking for a fun day outing before the kids go back to school? Why not head to Brookfield Zoo August 8-10. During these three days, children will receive free general admission to Brookfield Zoo.

Brookfield Zoo has so much to offer. One choice is the Great Bear Wilderness, where everyone can watch Hudson, the polar bear, swim and dive. Other fun exhibits include the penguins in the Seven Seas, giraffes and even the alligators in the swamp. There is something for everyone.

The free kids' admission is for children 11 and under. Only general admission is included. For an additional cost, you can enjoy dolphin shows, Hamill Family Play Zoo, Butterflies and Stingray Bay.

Free Kids' Days are possible by Meijer.

Adult admission is $13.50 and parking is $9.00. Brookfield Zoo is open from 9:30 am till 6:00 pm on Free Kids' Days.

Brookfield Zoo is located at 8400 31st Street (1st Avenue and 31st Street), Brookfield, IL 60304.

During Free Kids’ Days, presented by Meijer, Brookfield Zoo will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission for adults is $13.50 and parking is $9.00.
