Whole Foods presents Whole Planet Event February 26

On Saturday, February 26, bring the family to Whole Foods to support the Whole Planet Foundation. From 12 till 3 pm, the Naperville Whole Foods locations will have special tastings and activities throughout the store.

Whole Planet Foundation seeks to create economic partnerships with underprivileged persons of developing world communities that supply products to the store. This support is accomplished through direct microcredit loans and tangible support for community partnership projects. 

The Whole Planet Event will offer taste samples from Whole Foods’ Alliance Partners and Whole Trace. Recipes created by loan recipients will be available to tastes. Also, there will be a Whole Planet Cupcake Walk. Guests can participate in the Cupcake Walk to win a large Whole Planet Cupcake. 

After trying all the great food, guests can have their photo taken in the Whole Planet Travel Booth. The booth will be decorated with postcards and international items. For a donation, guests can have their picture email to them.
