Free Family Events for February 18 through February 21

 Here are some ideas to get the family out of the house without taking any money out of your wallet.

Saturday, February 26: Free hockey at All Seasons Hockey Rink, 9:30am to 10:30am

Want to learn a little more about playing hockey?  Grab a friend and head over the All Seasons Ice Rink for a morning of free hockey. This free session is sponsored by All Seasons Ice Rink and CCHXtreme. Children ages 3 and up are welcome to participate. Please bring a helmet (bicycle or skateboard helmets can be used), gloves, knee and elbow pads. Please dress warm. Skates can be rented for $3 (cash only for purchases/rentals under $10).  

The first 40 participants will receive a goody bad and a USA Hockey jersey.

Saturday, February 26: Target, Dr. Seuss Story-time: Local Target Stores

Join Target stores for Who Reads, We Read Dr. Seuss storytimes at local Target stores on Saturday, February 26 from 9 am till 11. The event will feature giveaways, coupons and lots of Dr. Seuss stories. For a Target store near you, please see here. Plus, through March 15, all Dr. Seuss books are 2 for $10.

Saturday, February 26: Lowes Build and Grow Clinic: 10 am 

This weekend, February 26 kids can make a #48 Pull Back Lowes Race Car. Remember, these clinics are free but you must register in advance. Also, the clinics are recommended for children in first through fifth grade, with adult supervision.

Saturday, February 26, Michaels Craft: 

My First Science Kit, 10 am till noon, Learn to think like a scientist with the My First Science Kit demo. Activity is recommended for children ages 3 and up. 

Monday, February 28, Moms In Motion Orientation, 8 pm: 

Moms In Motion helps moms reach similar fitness goals. Whether you want to run a 5K or a triathlon, a Moms in Motion team can help you reach your fitness goal. Stop by Lululemom Naperville to connect with other moms who are ready to reach a fitness goal. Lululemom Naperville is located at 21 W. Jefferson St.
