Free Slurpees on November 9 to celebrate the Slurpee Unity Tour 2010


Who doesn't love Slurpees?  In response to President Obama's Slurpee comment, 7-Eleven has created the Slurpee Unity Tour 2010.

The special Purple for the People flavor was created to bring all sides together over a icey cold slurpee. According to 7-Eleven, it is a vote for taste bud reform. This special flavor is only available on the Slurpee Unity Tour 2010.

On Tuesday, November 9, the Slurpee Unity Tour will be making a stop in Chicago on its way to Washington, DC.

The Slurpee Unity Tour truck will be at the 7-Eleven on Halsted, 3407 N. Halsted St.from 4 till 6 pm. The truck will be giving away free Purple for the People Slurpees.

The Slurpee Unity Tour will continue on its journey until it reaches Washington DC on November 18. Other stops on the Slurpee Unity Tour include: November 10, Detroit, November 11, Indianapolis, November 13, Albany, November 14, Boston, November 15 Long Island and, the final stop, November 16, Richmond.

So voice your vote for unity and power for the people with the Slurpee Unity Tour. Grab a Purple for the People Slurpee and some other free stuff when the truck stops in Chicago today.
