Free admission at the Field Museum in November

If your family is looking for something to do today, why not jump in the car and take a trip to the Field Museum.

During the month of November there are several free admission days. November 9, 11, 12, 18 and 19 are all free admission days at the Field Museum. The free admission covers basic admission cost, special events and exhibits are not included.

The Field Museum offers exhibits on nature and culture from current times to prehistoric. One of the Field's Museum's most well known exhibits is Sue, the world's largest and most complete T Rex dinosaur skeleton.

Other exhibits include the just opened Nature of Diamonds exhibit. Included in the exhibit is The Vault which includes jewelry from some of the world's great designers.

If your family is looking for something to do in December, check out free admission days on December 2, 3, 8 and 9.

The Field Museum is located at 1400 S. Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60605-2496 and is opened from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. The last admission is taken at 4 p.m.
