Family craft events at Michaels

My kids love to make little projects. The only problem is that all the supplies from the projects get scattered everywhere around the house. Even a couple of days after the craft, the little pieces are found in the most unlikely places. A great solution to let the kids create without the mess in the house are the Knack events at Michaels.

The Knack is a program offered by Michaels, the craft store. By joining on-line, Michaels offers various projects, coloring pages and discounts to both families and teachers. Periodically, there are family craft events in its stores. Usually the events are on held on Saturdays.

This Saturday September 19 from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. The Knack free family event will be offering American Girl crafts.

American Girl celebrates all that girls can be. From books to dolls, American Girl focuses on various life experiences in a wholesome way.

Starting in November, American Girl is joining with Michaels to offer a line of American Girl craft items inspired by the American Girl books.

This Saturday, families can create three American Girl projects. This offer is available while supplies last.
