10K training is easier with Run Forever Sports Calf Compression Sleeves - Review

For some people, a long, steady run is a perfect way to spend an hour. The free time to think, sweat and focus on pounding the payment. I am not one of those people. Yes, I enjoy working out. Give me a spin class or a yoga class and I will gladly spend an hour or two of my free time working on myself. Tell me that I'm going to run a 10K this summer and I hyperventilate. Do I know that I can physically accomplish the task - yes I can. Am I going to be happy about the event - probably not.

For the year, I have decided to try some activities that I would otherwise avoid. In this specific case, it is running at least 3 days a week. Getting up and hitting the treadmill is not my first choice, but I know that accomplishing this goal acknowledges that I can do more than what I think. Armed with my playlists and my Run Forever Sports Calf Compression Sleeves, my runs have become a little more bearable.

The Run Forever Sports Calf Compression Sleeves offer a variety of benefits. Personally, I feel less tired after a vigorous run when using these sleeves. Specifically, the company believes that these calf compression sleeves help to reduce pain from shin splints, boost circulation, help fight muscle fatigue and helps recovery.

At first, I was concerned that these sleeves would be hot and heavy. I have been wearing the sleeves under my wind pants. Even with the double layer, I have not found them to be heavy or burdensome. While I'm currently running in cooler temperatures, I think that these compression sleeves would work well in a warm climate as well.

The biggest difference that I find with these calf compression sleeves is that my runs don't seem as tiring. Of course, I know that overall my training has improved, but my calves don't burn at the end or after my run. I feel strong and can even pick up the pace during a tempo run.

Needless to say, these compression sleeves have become part of my necessary items for these run training sessions. Will I reach the finish line at the 10K is no longer the question. The goal is now to run the entire race in a decent time. Thanks to these compression sleeves my goal is attainable.

  29. Thanks so much for the Terrific Review on 10K training is easier with Run Forever Sports Calf Compression Sleeves! That's terrific that you have decided that you were going to "work out" and most of all run this year! It's not an easy task to take on, however, you seem to be handling it very well! I would think that these shin Compression sleeves would also help with leg cramps! I am a disabled person and just walking at times gives me leg cramps! That's how I know that I've been doing too much! I wake up in the middle of the night with terrible leg cramps! Once the weather gets warmer, I am going to start walking again. I know that I have to start off short and work my way up to long! I've done it before and I know that I can do it again! Thanks so much for sharing your training and these compression sleeves with all of us! I honestly do appreciate it! Thanks again, Michele :)
