Perfect searing with stainless steel non-stick pan, Stainless Steel Earth Pan by Ozeri - review

I really enjoy cooking. Being able to create a dish from scratch is fun for me. From adding spices to creating meals, I want to push boundaries and try new flavors. To create these spectacular dishes, I need the right tools. A non-stick pan is key to perfect seared meats and fish. Right now I'm using the Stainless Steel Earth Pan by Ozeri.

For me, the test to a good non-stick pan is cooking fish. The delicate nature of a fish filet or a scallop can easily stick to a pan. A dish isn't successful with broken, un-seared fish. With the Stainless Steel Earth Pan, my fish created the perfect sear. The outside was a crispy, golden brown and the fish itself was delicately cooked. The pan heated quickly and retained its temperature during cooking. Plus, I used only a small about of butter to achieve the results.

Another positive is the quick clean-up. I was able to quickly and easily remove all the cooking bits from the dirty pan. No hard scrubbing , long soaking, or lots of elbow grease was required. I was able to clean-up effectively and enjoy the rest of my evening.
