While Taste of Chicago provides a culinary delight, the feast could derail our cautious caloric intake. Back for the sixth consecutive year is the Humana Healthier Choices Passport Guide so that everyone can indulge in these gastric delights without the overwhelming guilt.
The Humana Healthier Choices Passport Guide offers 20 restaurants with 35 foods that meet calorie, sodium and saturated fat nutritional criteria. These foods have been reviewed by a panel of Chicago-area diet and nutrition experts.
New for Taste 2013, Taste-goers can collect stamps in their Passport Guide by participating in wellness activities or sampling Humana Healthier Choice foods. Activities include these options can give Taster-goers a chance to win a variety of prizes.
Humana Healthier Passports can be picked up at more than 70 Dominick's locations and at the Humana Experience at the Tastes Humana Well-Being Tour.

The Humana Well-Being Tour activities each count for a passport stamp and include:
- Interactive XBox Kinect station where guests can play the “Your Shape” game
- Four biometric screening stations that provide personalized metrics and health experts to explain the results
- Hydration station, equipped with a person-powered bicycle, that displays information on the importance of staying hydrated and provides a cup of water as a reward for pedaling
- Photo boothWell-being wall to write messages of inspiration to others
- Free pedometers to count Taste-goers’steps.
