Is your kid an inventor, showcase his talent at Chicago Toy and Game Fair - giveaway

Have you ever wondered where an idea for the next hot product begins?  Does a person have an epiphany  in the bathroom or maybe the idea comes out of a specific need?  Personally, I think that the best products have come from those who actually use the item. For example, kids play with toys a lot. Wouldn't a child make a great toy inventor?

If you know a child who could be the next inventor, there is an opportunity for him to showcase his idea. At this year's Chicago Toy & Game Fair, the Young Inventor Challenge will exhibit the talent of children under the age of 18.

What makes a great inventor?  Is it an unexplored idea or maybe a desire to bring your must have item to others?  Regardless of the motivation behind the child's creation, this challenge will foster future creativity.

Of course, there is a prize for the winner of the event. Sponsored by PlaSmart, the 2011 senior division winner got his game licensed by the presenting company PlaSmart. The competition is a way for kids to learn more about the business aspect of invention as well as reap the rewards of their imagination.

Chicago Toy and Game Fair will take place at Navy Pier on November 17 and 18. All submission for the Young Inventor Challenge must be submitted by October 31, 2012.

Bring your family out to Navy Pier and pursue the submissions by these young entrepreneurs. Also, find the season's hottest toys. CHI-TAG is open to the public and tickets are $10 an adult and $5 a child.

Would you like to attend the event?  I have a family four pack to giveaway to my readers. Please use the Rafflecopter to enter.
