What is one of your biggest concerns about getting a better night's sleep? If one is the amount of light where you sleep, a great way to remedy this problem is an eye mask.
What do you look for in a eye mask? Personally, I like an eye mask that is soft, not too tight and securely keeps light away. At the same time, I don't want to spend a fortune. One company has an eye mask that fits these requirements, Dream Essentials, Snooz Silky Satin Eye Mask.
This eye mask is perfect for moms who need that few extra minutes of snooze time on the weekends. See if this sounds familiar. The sun rises around 6 am, which means little children, who are old enough to take care of themselves, must get out of bed. After all, if the sun is up, they need to get up too. While you do not have to help them go to the bathroom, make breakfast or get them out the door on a lazy Sunday morning, the sun isn't helping your few extra minutes of resting time. Before going to bed, put on your sleep mask and the bright sunlight is banished and you get a few extra precious minutes of sleep.
Sleep masks are also great for travelers, hospital patients or those who work off hours. A wide variety of sleep masks are available. Right now, you can get 15% off your purchase at Dream Essentials with the code, SSSM.

I am a very light sleeper. I have to use earplugs (snoring husband) and have a very dark room. I used to have a sleep mask, but I left it on a retreat. It is a lot harder for me to stay asleep without it. This would help me get on track. :)
ReplyDeleteI would give this to Ellie.. She is so easy to disturb in the morning. I know she could definitely use this Lieutenantcrunch27 (at) gmail (dot) com

I would definitely use this while traveling. Nothing is worse than being on a long plane flight and not being able to snooze.
