Let the Good Times Roll with Teas Tea - review

It's been a hot, humid, almost miserable summer. Of course, everyone needs to drink lots of fluids to stay hydrated. But, with my meals, I like to have another beverage with my water. I have a few requirements. My beverage needs to be low calorie, not too sweet and non-carbonated.

Recently I was given the opportunity to try 2 flavors of Teas' Tea. These drinks were the Green White Tea and  Blueberry Green Tea.

I was unfamiliar with Green White Tea. Green white tea, which is newly budding and young, contains the largest amounts of health promoting antioxidants among tea leaves thanks to it's 'youthfulness', and minimal processing. What I found about this tea is that the taste is very mild. For those who do not like a strong tea flavor, this would be a tea for them. I also found that it wasn't very sweet. I would recommend drinking this tea over ice for a light drink during dinner.

The other tea, the Blueberry Green Tea had a stronger profile. The blueberry flavor was mild and definitely not over bearing. This tea is sweetened with real cane sugar, but is still low calorie. I liked this drink because it didn't have a fake sweet flavor.

Teas' Teas retail for $1.99 a bottle and are available at various retailers.
