With cervical stenosis, insomnia and several other problems affecting my sleep, I would definitely benefit from a supportive and comfortable pillow that would support my head in the correct position, allowing me to awaken without a headache. This pillow sounds like it would be just what I need!

This would be for my dad... he has a bad back & suffers from hot flashes (we call it "man"opause)so he doesn't sleep well. Recently he hasn't been sleeping at all :[ Maybe a cooling adjustable pillow will help!!
