If you are a parent, I am guessing that you can relate to the following. Your child opens his birthday gifts. The gifts are shiny, new and his absolute favorite. He plays with these new toys for exactly one day. The new, favorite toy is forgotten to the bottom of the toy bin.
Sound familiar? Don't get me wrong, I want my kids to have a wonderful birthday, but I want them to have a gift that will last longer than the "shiny" period. Now I try to find a gift for them or for family members kids that is something they can have as a keepsake. Currently one of my favorite gifts is My Very Happy Birthday book.
My Very Happy Birthday book by I See Me is a personalized board book about a child's birthday. It has their name and age celebration as well as several other personalizations throughout the book. Turtle, Duck, Mouse, Bluebird and others create a very happy birthday party for the special guest, your child. Your child's name will be on the cover.
This book can be personalized for boys or girls as well as any age.It works best for ages 0 through 10. There are 20 durable board pages and it is a 6 x 6 size.
I've decided to start buying I See Me books for friends and family too. I would rather give a gift that can be part of a child's memory than a toy soon to be forgotten. My kids still love hearing their personalized books night after night. We're still reading my son's Christmas story (because he loves seeing his name in a book).
I See Me offers a large array of personalized book including My Very Own Fairy Tale, My Very Own Pirate Tale, and Who Loves Me. For a complete list of I see Me products, pleas visit their website at www.iseeme.com.

When I was in second grade I had my first ever birthday party. My mom surprised me and invited everyone in my class.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite birthday memory is from when I was 6 or 7. It was the only party I've ever had. My parents bought a cake and we played games. Of course, I shared the party with my 10 year old brother because his birthday is 2 weeks after mine. But, I still loved it! Think that's why I go overboard with my boys birthdays. We do a week long celebration :D
