As January draws to a close, New Year's resolutions are getting hard to keep. Whether it is that cookie calling you or a cocktail that is drawing you in, these little diet blunders can derail all your hard work. The diet part of a resolution is often the hardest part of keeping yourself on track.
One way to keep your plan on the right path is to start your day with right choices. A low-calorie breakfast is a great way to fuel yourself for a well-balanced day.
A glass of Trop50 is a delicious drink to pair with a protein rich breakfast. Trop50 juices contain
- just 50 calories in each eight-ounce glass
- a full day’s supply of vitamin C – an excellent source
- a good source of antioxidant vitamins A & E
- provides 35 percent daily value of calcium and 25 percent daily value of Vitamin D – an excellent source of both nutrients.
Personally, I like the Pomegranate Blueberry in the morning as a change to my typical OJ. The pomegranate blueberry is a tasty blend of tart and sweet. I have it with my bowl of oatmeal and fruit. It's a great combination to fuel my morning workout.
How are you doing on your New Year's Resolution? Remember that you can share your resolution on the Trop50 Facebook page to win some great prizes.
What to win a $50 spa gift card? Trop50 has graciously given me a $50 gift card to giveaway. Please use the Rafflecopter form to enter.
