Insure Your Love Picture Mosaic, bringing awareness to the necessity of life insurance

There are many topics that we don't want to talk about in daily conservation. Whether it's bodily functions or our mortality, these topics skirt daily conversations but aren't part of polite conversation. But think about it. At some point, our lives will end. Will your family be prepared for that time?  Whether it is an illness or an unforeseen accident, your family needs some type of protection for that major life event. 

I've realized tragedy in my life. If I didn't have life insurance for my family's needs, I would have had difficulty paying hospital bills, final arrangements and other necessities for my daily life. But, my family planned for the unexpected and we had life insurance to cover an unexpected life changing situation.


The LIFE Foundation sponsors the Life Insurance Awareness Month to raise awareness about families providing adequate life insurance protection. According to the industry research group LIMRA, 11 million US households with children under 18 years of age have no life insurance coverage. Just think of the consequences that one illness or financial crisis could do to that family. A financial crisis could be imminent. To raise awareness about this situation, LIFE has created the "Insure Your Love Picture Mosaic."

Designed to recognize and celebrate those people who have decided to protect their loved ones by owning life insurance, the Insure Your Love Picture Mosaic is a collection of photos of loved ones. Through a picture mosaic, a community is created that shows families want to protect their future by providing life insurance to their families. Everyone is encouraged to upload up to 20 photos of their loves ones, whose financial future has been safeguarded by the purchase of life insurance. 


For each person who uploads a picture to the Insure Your Love Picture Mosaic, a $1 will be donated to the LIFE Lessons Scholarship Program. This program provides tuition assistance to students who have lost a parent and are struggle to pay for their college educations.
