ReplyDeleteI participate in donation events whenever possible. A friend on Facebook recently raised $$ with Boxes for Boobies, which I participated in. I buy "pink" whenever I have the choice. And I spread the word when the topic is reachable.

To honor a friend who died from breast cancer, and for all the other friends and family members I know who have had cancer, either survivors or who have passed, I participate in the Relay for Life every year. It's very important to me. It raises money for the American Cancer Society, which is the largest funder of cancer research, besides the federal government.
