Cholula, adding a little spice to our foods, product review

We like it hot in our house. I'm not taking about the temperature, I'm talking about spicy foods. Whether it's jalapenos, sricha, or even a habanero, everyone in the family likes to take it up a notch with our flavor combination.

Many people know how great Cholula can be on eggs, pizza and lots of other foods. Recently, our family has started using Cholula sauces in many of our recipes. There are four flavors: original, chili lime,chili garlic, and chipotle.

One easy use of these sauces is adding a little to marinades. An easy chicken marinade Italian dressing, but that's typical and can use a little kick. I've been using a couple glubs of the chili garlic in the marinade to add a little spice to the chicken breasts.My chicken was juicy and extremely flavorful.

Another use for our family is in guacamole. I dislike bland guacamole. I've add a little of the chipotle to each batch. It adds a little smokey yet spicy flavor. Now everyone asks what makes my guacamole different? This simple addition makes it stand out.
