When your child struggles in school, a parent will search for tools to make the situation better. My son struggles with reading. Understanding how letter sounds combine into a word is hard for him. Every day we work on techniques to help learn this concept. I'm always looking for a new, different concept that will click with his way of learning. Learning how to retrain his brain is key to helping him succeed.
Did you know:
Do you every wonder if the reason why your child isn't meeting his learning potential is because of a learning issue not laziness? Would your child benefit from various tests to determine if there is a learning deficiency? Learning Link technologies offers various testing including Dyscalculia Test, and Dyslexia Test. This program also offers information on dyscalculia modifications and mixed dominance.
The system works on the following techniques:
- Weekly brain retraining that rebuilds neural passages in the brain
- Daily and weekly sensory building activities
- Easy to understand instructions
- Workbooks for independent activities
- One hour weekly sessions
- 20 minute daily sessions
- Weekly lesson plans that are laid out for anyone to understand and use
- The tried and true formula for success that helps students achieve grade level success
Recently our family was given the opportunity to try the on-line Learning Link Technologies system. For the past 2 weeks, my son has been working with the program. By practicing the system, my sons has seen improvement.
One area where he struggles is rhyming words. We have been working the on-line program and using their techniques. We are seeing increased proficiency sounding out words, increased his understanding of rhyming words and overall has gained confidence in his school work. As we continue to work the program, we hope that the improvement keeps a steady pace.
Could this system of retraining your brain help a child in your life? Learning Link Technologies has given me the on-line program to giveaway ($600 value) to give away.

I have a child with ADHD that has trouble in school and we could seriously use this program. The school officials constantly try to push us into putting him on drugs, but my husband and I believe we can help him more by working hard to modify his behavior and learning style, essentially retraining his brain on a multitude of fronts.
