More and more I like to cook and bake more for my family. For me, cooking at home is a great way to introduce my kids to healthier choices.
Recently, I was given the opportunity to try Tropical Traditions Gold Label Coconut Oil. First, I wondered why is coconut oil better than other forms of oil? Then, I watched this video How We Discovered Virgin Coconut Oil - An Interview with Brian Shilhavy, CEO Tropical Traditions” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4h6eycjf29M and I understood the differences.
For the past week, I’ve tried the Tropical Traditions Gold Label Coconut Oil in my cooking. The biggest hit was the cinnamon streusel loaf. The kids devoured it in 2 days, a new record. I've been going thinking about all the possibilities for new recipes. The ideas are plentiful.
Tropical Traditions has over 400 recipes on its website that use coconut oil. From cookies to chicken, there is a recipe for every flavor profile and preference.
Are you interested in trying Tropical Gold Label Coconut Oil, the generous people at Tropical Traditions have given me a jar to giveaway.
