Billy Kelly presents the Family Garden, review

Following up his 2009 hit Thank You For Joining the Happy Club, Billy Kelly has completed his new album. The Family Garden.(release date April 5, 2011).

His latest is a full of goofy songs that we have come to expect from the singer songwriter. Kelly switches genres throughout the album. From country to ragtime to rock. Kelly covers it all.

One great surprise is the cover of the B52 classic Rock Lobster. I couldn't believe my surprise when this song came on. I started singing along and my kids were shocked that I knew a song on their cd (usually it's the other way around). The song's reference to Spongebob made them giggle for a long time. It's great to have a song that we all can enjoy.

This CD contains 10 original songs, 2 covers and a few moments of silly babble. This CD is sure to make the kids want to tap their feet and break a smile.

The Family Garden is a light-hearted, upbeat CD that will definitely keep a smile on your face.

Billy Kelly's Family Garden will be available on April 5 for purchase on iTunes, and on The Billy Kelly Show website.
