I'm always looking for restaurants that offer free or discounted kids' meals. When a restaurant offers a family discount, I'm more likely to eat at its establishment than someplace else.
Here are a few restaurants that have family specials.
Ikea:
- From now through Sunday, August 15 kids 12 and under can get a free kid's meal. It is a $2.49 value. No additional purchase (i.e. no adult meal) is necessary to get the free meal. Kid's meal choices include meatballs, peanut butter and jelly, mac & cheese, yogurt and more.
- Every day during the month of August from 4 p.m. till 10 p.m. kids can eat free. Kids under 12 can choose from the Just for Kids menu. Drinks are not included unless otherwise specified. The offer is available at participating locations for a limited time and is not valid with any other discount or coupon.
- With a Cici's Pizza coupon, a child can get a free meal with the purchase of an adult meal. This offer is valid at participating locations and is for children under 12. This offer cannot be combined with other offers and expires August 31, 2010.
- On select nights, kids 10 and under eat free from 4 p.m. till 10 p.m. Up to 2 free kids' meals per adult entree of $2.50 or more purchased. Please check with specific locations for participation.
- On Mondays, kids eat free. Colonial Cafe is located at 8 W Gartner Rd # 104, Naperville, IL 60540.
