Naperville Public Library winter reading programs starts December 14

During winter break, everyone is busy with family, friends and parties. But what a better time to "treat yourself to a good book."

From December 14, 2009 through January 30, 2009 the Naperville Public Library is offering a winter reading program.

Visit any NPL location to sign-up to participate in this program. The reading program is open all children through the fifth grade. A NPL card is required to participate. All reading levels and listeners are encouraged to participate.

In addition to reading tons of good books, participants have a chance to win family packs of tickets to a Chicago Wolves Hockey game and other prizes from the program's sponsors.

The Winter Reading Program is sponsored by Haunted Trails, Brunswick Zone, Enchanted Castle and Boston Market.

So when the next winter blast keeps us indoors, let's all grab a good book. A love of reading starts young, but lasts a lifetime.
